A better game but clearly has more issues…

Metal Slug 2 is an improvement on the original game all around but there is still terrible slowdown that is even more present than the first game. Every single stage has slowdown and if there are a handful of enemies, it will slowdown to a crawl. The game is much better overall and the flaws are even more present which is a shame since I love playing this game. A locked framerate would be better but just another example of a game that could be better if publishers pushed to take advantage of modern hardware. Like Metal Slug if the Switch version is your only option, you should be picking it up. If you own any other console this is released on… it is better to pick it up at a cheaper price else way considering there are no real differences.
